The purpose of writing this scienitific paper is to find out the activities carried out by the KSOP class II Cirebon in the inspection of safety and security supervision at the port of Cirebon to find out the documents needed in shipping safety and security activities as well as to find out the obstacles and solution in the implementation of activities. Supervision of safety and security on board the ship. The data collection methods used by the author in the preparation of this scientific paper is the observation at the Port Authority and Port Authotiry. Office Class II Cirebon; interview method by interviewing several staff att Class II Cirebon; library study method by reading books that are considered relevant according to the title. The conclusion from the discussion of this paper is the need for efforts to optimize shipping safety and security at the harbor and authority offices of Cirebon.
