PT. Antares Bumi Pasifik is agency company engaged in agency and ship management. Other than that PT.Antares Bumi Pasifik is the agent for owners and operators of nasional and international vessels requesting indonesian ports for cargo operations for loading and unloading, ship logistics, emergency services etc. The results of the good implementation of ship agency activities will be felt by customers so that they can increase the company's stage. It can be seen clearly that the responsibility of the ship agency company is quite heavy, because it deals with customer satisfaction. Therefore, PT. Antares Bumi Pasifik must pay attention to the quality of services and services in carrying out ship agency activities according to the desired expectations. The ship service process carried out by PT. Antares Bumi Pacific starting from the ship entering the port until the ship leaving the port. This writing aims to optimize agency services in serving ship arrivals and departures at PT. Antares Bumi Pasifik in order to be better and maximal. In order for the ship agency service process to run smoothly, quickly and precisely, PT. Antares Bumi Pasifik must pay attention to and prepare all the facilities and infrastructure needed in order to serve ships, and pay more attention to employees to work better so that every effort carried out can run smoothly and optimally.
